Are your products vegan and/or plant-based?
Our mission is to spread the plant-based revolution as far and wide as possible—starting right here in Namibia. Every product we offer is 100% plant-based and/or vegan, carefully selected to support a kinder, healthier, and more sustainable way of living. Whether you’re vegan, plant-curious, or just in the mood to try something new, you’re welcome to join the movement.planet as far as we can. Starting with Namibia. All our products are plant based and/or vegan and can also be enjoyed by anyone who feels like trying something new.
How do I prepare and store my products?
Please check the packaging for the most accurate storing and cooking instructions.
Where can I find your store?
We don’t have a physical store (yet), but we do operate from a storage warehouse.

Do you deliver?
Yes – we deliver in Windhoek for a small additional fee.
If you’re outside Windhoek, we can send most of our chilled or frozen products via courier (at your own risk). Don’t worry—we’ll pack your order in a cooler box with ice packs to keep everything as fresh as possible when it lands on your side.
Return Policy
Because we sell food products (chilled, frozen, and ambient), we can only accept returns in limited cases:
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened shelf-stable items: Ambient products (not chilled or frozen) may be returned within 7 days, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of chilled or frozen items unless they were delivered damaged or incorrect.
